Our belief as therapists, is that every person is unique and their care needs to be as well. We tailor our services to your specific needs. values and circumstances, aiming for what is the most effective in your situation. Our experience working with a a diverse group of people and problems helps us deliver this kind of care.

We work will all ages and provide individual, couples and family therapy. Whether you have an existing diagnosis, need an assessment or are seeking consultation, we strive to provide services and resources to match your needs. If needed, referrals are also given to best suit our clients.

Services
Insurance
We currently accept self pay, Carefirst (BCBS), and Medical Assistance. We can also provide superbills and receipts for out of network benefits.
Telehealth
In addition to our services offered in office, we have access to a HIPAA compliant telehealth service. This allows us to meet with our client's remotely.
Assessments
We can use effective assessments to help diagnose symptoms and better identify the needs of each client.
Faith Based
For those who are seeking to incorporate their faith into the healing process, we can provide services with education and experience. This is completely determined by the client.
Offsite
Under certain circumstances, we may be able to provide offsite services to those in need. We have even worked with some schools. When this is considered, client confidentiality and safety are the primary focus.
